Returns/Exchanges of Defective Baits: We do our best to guarantee that you receive a top quality product free from defects, however if you do receive a defective bait we are happy to replace it with another bait of the same style, size, color, etc.. Please email us at prior to returning the bait for instructions. To receive replacement product for defective baits we require that you provide evidence of the defective product or parts of it, and a copy of your purchase receipt. Talon Fishing Unlimited, Inc. is not responsible for return postage. We do not replace used baits sold more than 3 months prior to your claim. Replacement is at our discretion.
