Returns/Exchanges of Defective Baits: We do our best to guarantee that you receive a top quality product free from defects, however if you do receive a defective bait we are happy to replace it with another bait of the same style, size, color, etc.. Please email us at sales@talonfishing.com prior to returning the bait for instructions. To receive replacement product for defective baits we require that you provide evidence of the defective product or parts of it, and a copy of your purchase receipt. Talon Fishing Unlimited, Inc. is not responsible for return postage. We do not replace used baits sold more than 3 months prior to your claim. Replacement is at our discretion.
