Returns and Exchanges: If you make an order and change your mind, or within 10 days of receipt wish to return or exchange your unused baits for any reason, we are happy to give you a Credit Certificate towards your next purchase with us. Please ship the baits in their original packaging along with the sales receipt to the address below using a trackable method such as USPS Priority Mail. You will be credited the amount of your original purchase, less shipping, or the cost of the baits if you return a partial order, when we receive the baits. Talon Fishing Unlimited, Inc. is not responsible for return postage. 

Incorrect/Defective Baits: We do our best to guarantee that you receive the correct product free from defects, however if you do receive a defective or incorrect bait we are happy to replace it with another product of the same style, size, color, etc.. To receive replacement product for defective baits we require that you return the defective product or parts of it, along with the receipt of purchase to us. Please mail your product and a copy of the sales receipt with the original packaging using a trackable method such as USPS Priority Mail to the address below. Talon Fishing Unlimited, Inc. is not responsible for return postage. There are cases where baits simply wear out or break due to abuse. Replacement is at our discretion after we examine the returned bait.

To receive replacement product for incorrect baits, they must have been purchased and shipped directly from Talon Fishing Unlimited, Inc.. We require that you return the incorrect bait in the original packaging along with the receipt of purchase to us.
